I do normally 40-60 min for cardio and after a training with light weight and many repetitions – you must know your own targets ☺

…here I present you a made up version of this aubergine dip – I didn’t like it the original from this brand and adjusted onion, little olive oil and this Balsamico dip I found. ..at a supermarket. ..Humus tahin remains like it is. I will have it with cow cheese, salad and koreander.
