Very easy and really not costly if you buy at the right grocer’s or market. 3 minutes to prepare : so you see – it’s not a big thing to take care and even saves you money and time to make it a routine. 💪💪💪👍👍👍👌👌👌 .

By the way : the protein bar’s taste nice and sweet but beware of certain „side-effects“ 😂😂😂💭💭💭 – I think mostly body builders or for example a construction worker would need them. 😉
