Chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, carotte salad with vinegar – o-oil dressing and a topping with yoghurt and hot chilisauce. Also olive -paste. Don’t keep yoghurt open in fridge if you eat lacto – I read it’s bacteria can affect easily other nuriture. Some avoid it totally. ☺
My intention is to share balanced, mostly lacto - vegetarian dishes with low level of fat and unnecessary carbohydrates. All is prepared in less than 30 min - mostly less and is therefore easy to follow for everyone.
